Refund and Cancellation Policy

What is refundable, what is not, and how to cancel a subscription.

Pre-launch entry fee: ₹999 one-time

The ₹999 pre-launch entry fee is non-refundable once payment is completed and access is granted, except where required by law. This fee secures a pre-launch spot and locked-in pricing ahead of public launch. It is not a trial fee.

Monthly subscriptions: ₹999 or ₹1,999 per month

Monthly plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime before your next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you retain access until then.
Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where required by law.

Annual plans: ₹7,999 or ₹11,999 per year

Annual plans are billed once per year, in advance.
Annual fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, except where required by law.
If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access for the remainder of the paid year. No partial-year refund is issued.

What is not covered by a refund

Evidence First does not guarantee client results, income, business growth, or an assessment pass. Dissatisfaction with these outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund, since no honest programme can guarantee them.

The only guarantee we offer

Evidence First does not guarantee client results, income, or exam outcomes. No honest programme can. What it guarantees is competence support: a member who does the case-review work and sits the assessment but does not yet meet the certificate bar receives one additional case review and re-sit at no extra cost, plus a specific, documented plan for what to strengthen.

This competence-support guarantee is fulfilled as a service, an additional case review and re-sit, not as a cash refund.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, email hk@harshkanwar.com within 30 days of the charge with your payment reference. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded.

How to cancel

Email hk@harshkanwar.com with your registered email address and Cancel Subscription in the subject line, or use the cancellation option in account settings if available. We aim to confirm cancellations within 48 hours.
